It's what holds everything together. Or doesn't.
The (human) dynamics that, ironically, appear in no change plan.
Too much of what gets labeled as organizational change shouldn't rest with a change manager at all. It belongs with the people inside.
I guide that process, while you remain in the driver's seat.
Organizing change like that is not only more effective, it also allows for enough space to face and resolve limiting patterns and dynamics, coming to the surface.
That's where organizational coherence is built. And that's where I work.
