change manager at all, it belongs with the people inside.
My job is to stand next to you and help you utilize it.
The real challenge in organizational change is not the structure, not the plan.
It's what holds everything together. Or doesn't.
The human dynamics that, ironically, appear in no change plan because the majority simply can't be scripted.
I guide that process, while you remain in the driver's seat.
Organizing change like this is more effective and allows for space to resolve old patterns and dynamics, coming to the surface.
That's where organizational coherence is built. And that's where I work.
