I believe organizations already carry the capacity to change.
My experience is that during most changes, the change manager ends up at the center. Which works, until the project ends, a new change needs to happen and the organization is left without the muscle to keep going.
I think the organization belongs at the center instead.
The organization sets the direction and owns the content, I work alongside, guiding the process. Activating the right people in the right roles, with the clarity to take their own steps. That's when real change becomes possible.
And that's also when the real work surfaces. What comes up when people are actually asked to move. The human dynamics, the patterns, the ‘resistance’.
What seems stuck among your people, is often the visible symptom of something else.
That's the intersection of business and psychology, and that's where I work.
